I started my social media journey back when I was working full-time at a corporate recruiting job at a large B2B company. They didn't have a strong marketing department, ZERO social media presence, and I was literally the only young person there.
Suddenly my boss comes up to me like, “Hey, Stephanie, as part of your job, can you build up our social media for us?”
And well, challenge accepted. I was a one-person marketing team, growing my company’s social media on every level. It turned into my full role at that company. Eventually, I became SO successful at it that my friends started asking me for help with their social media accounts and I was being asked to sit on boards as Marketing Director. Before I knew it, I was getting a lot of freelance clients on the side. All by the age of 22.
Then it hit me. I absolutely LOVE working with entrepreneurs and small businesses. Why not go all in? I became so passionate about helping entrepreneurs create a bigger impact. So, I quit my 9-5 and grew my social marketing agency, Social Lock.
Which leads me to you here today. Recently I've been featured in Yahoo Finance, Hubspot, Shoutout Atlanta, and Sprout Social.

At Social Lock, our team is a completely remote agency, we work with businesses from Indianapolis to India. We specialize with managing accounts and creating strategies for established service based Entrepreneurs (coaches, consultants, online experts, authors, artists, trainers, etc). The platforms we work with are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
